We deliver to every countries except U.S.A, Australia, New Zealand, Russia.

Generally it takes 24/48 hours from the payment time to your order to be delivered. For payments received on Friday or weekends the order will be delivered on Monday.

Every order is delivered in a discreet white envelope without any labeling that identifies the content. It won’t appear the website name on the labeling neither.

We will update  the order status in your user account.

  • STANDARD. They are deliveries without tracking number, without sign to receive them and it there’s not possibility of reshipment in case of loss.
  • AIR MAIL. All the deliveries have a tracking number, generally it is necessary to sign when receiving them, and all do have possibility of reshipping. Delivery in Europe takes between 3-7 business days, usually 4 days. Delivery in South America and the rest of the world takes between 10-20 business days.
  • EXPRESS AIR MAIL. All the deliveries have a tracking number, NO NECESSARY to sign when receiving them, and all do have possibility of reshipping. Sometimes the signature is necessary, it depends on your local postal service. Delivery in Europe takes between 2-5 business days, usually 48 hours. Delivery in South America and the rest of the world takes between 5-7 business days.

In case of the AIR MAIL CERTIFIED deliveries and EXPRESS AIR MAIL CERTIFIED deliveries you don’t have to worry about it, we will reship your order for free after 21 days if your deliver has not arrived.

We will not reship in the following cases:

  • Incomplete or fake address.
  • Incomplete or fake name.
  • The online tracking number status is “delivered”.
  • The online tracking number status is “deliver deposited in the post office closer to your domicile”.
  • The online tracking number status is “deliver returned because of doesn’t be withdrawn by the recipient on time”.
  • The online tracking number status is “in customs” or “The shipment has left the international logistics centre of origin and is en route to its destination”. Or “The shipment has arrived at the international logistics centre of origin”. If your order is arrested at customs of your country, we will provide you all the necessary documentation to be able to withdraw it. It is responsibility of the costumer withdraw the package in the indicated office. On the other hand it is your duty to know the specific laws of your country that include products considered illegal.

Due to our rigorous processing system we can’t offer a refund. Also we can not make changes to the order once the package has left our warehouse. On the other hand, if you have received an unsolicited product, we will send you another package as fast as possible.
